The Business Unit is guessed automatically from the Producto name — if a new product doesn't match, it lands under "Unassigned" and needs the Business Unit set by hand in the Sheet.

Driver/Client Screen

Refresh every (seconds)

How often the driver/client tracking screen refreshes itself (minimum 10s so it doesn't overload the server).

Master switch for the entire driver/client screen. If you want to make an exception for a single client instead of all of them, use the checkboxes on the Clients tab.

Group same-client orders

When searching an order, also show that client's other orders from today underneath it. Turn off to show only the order that was searched.

Saved orders list — clear after (hours)

On the tracking screen, a driver/client can add several order numbers to see them all together (kept only on their own device, never synced). Entries older than this are cleared automatically so the list doesn't carry over from one day to the next.

Refresh

Refresh every (seconds)

How often the order list refreshes itself while the Order Coordinator has it open (minimum 20s so it doesn't overload the server).

Hours to mark "Stalled"

"Stalled" floor hour (24h, e.g. 10 = 10am)

The "Stalled" clock never starts counting before this hour of the order's own day — so an order pre-loaded the day before (or uploaded very early) doesn't show as Stalled before anyone's had a chance to touch it.

The Cancelled screen is for undoing a recent mistake, not a long history — anything older than this moves out automatically and can no longer be restored from there.

Unlock an order

An order untouched past the hours above becomes fully read-only — status, Incomplete, and products all stop responding. This gives it one more chance without waiting or editing the Sheet by hand.

Alerts

Email me if no PDF was uploaded

Checks once a day — if there's still no order for today by the hour below, sends an email so someone knows to upload it.

Alert emails

Who gets the "no PDF uploaded" email. Leave empty to use the default account email.

Close summary emails

Who gets the daily "resumen" when the business day closes (totals, incompletes, unloading trucks, driver times). Leave empty to use the "no PDF uploaded" list above.

Status order (Today's orders)

Sets the order statuses are arranged in within "Today's orders" (Departed and Needs Attention always go separately, this doesn't affect them).

Controls how the Master Plan feed's business_unit sections match your products, and who gets emailed when a section isn't getting status on an order. See "Unmatched" in the Shipping Panel for the same list, live.

Send schedule

When the unmatched-orders alert emails go out, every day

Silent if a section has nothing pending that day. Up to 6 times.

Auto-refresh

Refresh every (seconds)

0 = off (only refreshes with the button or pull-to-refresh). If you turn it on, minimum is 60s — anything shorter doesn't really help since the server already caches results for 90s.

Data Analysis layout

"Order" moves the panel up/down. The checkbox turns the whole panel on or off. The menu sets which date range it opens with by default.
